Is LG a good brand for air conditioner?

Answer: I'm looking at buying a bnew airconditioning unit. I found a good deal with 'LG'. I believe it's a Korean brand. Do they make good quality aircons?

Answer: I have an LG air conditioner (window box style) that I bought at Lowes three years ago and I love it.

The company simply has a strong advertisement team. All the publicity about silent ARTCOOl ACs is crap. I made a huge mistake after I bought two split unit from them. Silent? My goodness, can't even sleep because of the roaring airflowing operation…
I should have opted for Panasonic, or Mitsubishi, or even Samsung when it comes to a silent AC…
I am mad at myself for buying the units simply after all the ad hammering…Global number one brand? I wish I could go back in time to go with another brand instead of all the pieces fo lies…LG is CRAP. Quote

Temp goes down, leaks, making it dangerous for elderly and children at home. ITs driving me crazy!!! Quote
