In February I switched on my air conditioner in cooling mode and after a while water began to drip from the indoor unit. What should I do now?

Answer: Don’t worry, it is soluble. While operating in cooling mode the air conditioner dehumidifies the air. If your drain conduit leads outside, at subzero temperatures ice bung may appear, what in its turn trouble a normal withdrawal. As it melts you may use your split system again. In order to avoid such situations in future we would advise you to use a drain heat insulation. Self-regulated cable, which heats a drain conduit up to +5C, is used for such purpose.
