Hello, we've bought LG air conditioners LG V 48LH of floor-ceiling type. We needed a floor standing one but it turned out that the condensate tray is installed in such a way that air conditioners leak when standing on the floor. It’s possible to mount them only on the ceiling if to turn them. The models of the same series but 12, 24,36 have the tray of different configuration from 48. Explain, please, what is wrong. Thanks for your answer.

Answer: The models V36LH, V48LH,V60LH of 2006 are meant only to ceiling installation.
